GRU Water Adjustment Request Submitted
Thank you for completing the Water Adjustment Form.
Submitting the Water Adjustment Form does not guarantee that a credit will be applied to your utility bill. By submitting this form, you are authorizing GRU to review your account to determine if an adjustment can be granted on the water and/or wastewater portion of your bill. If applicable, adjustments will only be applied AFTER the leak has been repaired and consumption returns to normal. You will be notified by phone or in writing if the request has been approved, denied, or if additional information is needed.
Please note that adjustments may take up to 90 days to be processed. To avoid delays in processing, please make sure that the Water Adjustment Form is filled out completely. Supporting documents such as repair receipts should be provided when applicable. Failure to complete the form and/or provide supporting documentation may result in longer processing times.
Bills should be paid in full during the adjustment review period. Lobby hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, except Wednesdays, which are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
