Public Records Requests

To submit a new public records request or to track the status related to GRU or the GRU Authority, visit the city's public records portal. Public records requests may also be submitted by email, telephone, mail or in person. 

The City Clerk of the City of Gainesville is the Custodian of Public Records for all city departments (including, but not limited to, GRU and GPD) and the GRU Authority for purposes of providing notification pursuant to Florida Statute 119.12(1)(b). The City Clerk's information is:
